Move City Hall to Dudley Square
This latest issue of Weekly Dig had a news item (which I can't find online) about Charles Yancey suggesting that instead of moving City Hall to South Boston, they move it to Dudley Square (which is in Roxbury). Now that is a great idea!

makes sense to me. the waterfront is booming with activity and new development, yet is a transportation extremity. here's the Dig article
