UHaul on Mass Ave (Boston, Massachusetts) sucks

It seems like everytime I use this place I am unhappy about something.

This time they charged me $10 for insurance without asking me if I wanted it. I tried calling them and spent a life time on hold. The person I was talking to kept putting me on hold. Than sent me to "corporate customer service" when I wanted that $10 back. "Corporate customer service" never answered the phone.

The times in which this kid didn't have me on hold I heard all sorts of chatting in the backgroud. I was at the location twice that day, and neither time did they have more than one customer at a time. So I know it was all the workers standing around talking to each other.

I didn't have time to go visit in person, so instead I will take 5 minutes here and flame them instead. I can't believe that I am going to lose $10 because I don't have the time to argue with these people.

I've not had good experiences with that location, either. Last time I was there, I waited in line forever.

Oh yeah, they suck alright... Totally disorganized, a line that is way too long and employees that are rude and actively don't care. Never again. I now use other truck rental companies (eg Budget) which are considerably better, and will *never* go back to U-Haul.
